Heavy loads can make the rear end sag and throw off your traction and steering. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 3,500 lbs of support to help stabilize and level your vehicle when hauling or towing. The hollow rubber springs mount above the rear axle and work with your factory suspension to keep things level, improving handling and braking with the weight on board.
When the road gets rough, these Aeon hollow rubber springs take the hit before it reaches you. Acting like built-in shock absorbers, they cushion the ride by absorbing road shock and helping prevent bottoming out. The rubber construction also takes stress off your factory suspension, extending its life while keeping your ride comfortable and stable.
The Timbren design stays soft when lightly loaded but gets firmer as weight increases. The springs collapse along their folds under heavy loads, creating a stacked barrel shape that boosts resistance just when it’s needed most. That progressive action keeps your vehicle level and under control whether you’re hauling a full load or just cruising light.
Each spring works on its own, which helps balance uneven loads and keeps body roll in check during sharp turns or sudden swerves. By reducing side-to-side motion, these springs help your vehicle feel more planted on the road. Less movement from the rear means better trailer tracking and a smoother ride when crosswinds or passing traffic try to push you around.
Installing this system doesn’t require air lines, compressors, or drilling into the frame. The custom brackets bolt directly onto existing mounting points above the axle, replacing the factory bump stops with heavy-duty rubber springs. Once mounted, there’s nothing to adjust—just dependable support every time you load up.
