Will this work on a crewcab with a 6.5 ft bed? Truck is a 2019 F150.

Yes, the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501150 will fit great with the 6-1/2' bed on your 2019 Ford F-150.
Attached is an installation video as well as a photo of this installed on a 2016 F-150 so you can get an idea of how much it will overhang on your Crew Cab. Your Crew Cab is larger than the cab in the photo so the over-the-cab section won't sit as far out to the front for your application.
