Looking for a recommendation for a tongue mounted tool box for my Big Tex 60pi.

How large of a toolbox are you looking for? These toolboxes are not custom fitted, so there are going to be a lot of options as far as height, depth and cubic footage.
Based on pictures I can see of these Big Tex 60pi trailers, there is a good amount of open space on the tongue. Your best bet will be to measure out the available area to get an idea of the appropriate width and depth. You will probably be looking at something 34" or 36" wide. We do not have any kind of build sheet that will tell us the exact dimensions of the A-frame, but you should be able to take a tape measure to it and get a really good idea of what will fit.
If you do end up going with a 36" wide toolbox, what I recommend is the RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue Tool Box # 350975. Overall it is 36" long x 20" tall x 16" wide and it is made of diamond plate aluminum. It is also available in black # 313-TM362016M.
We do have plastic toolboxes such as part # 3371701680 if you are looking for something a bit less expensive.
If you are able to get some measurements of the available space on the A-frame tongue, feel free to send those my way and I am happy to send you some appropriately sized options.
