I cant seem to find the device that bypasses the radio fuse when towing my Honda Fit behind my Motorhome on the Website.

What you need is a fuse bypass. If your fuse is 20 amps or less you can use the Blue Ox Fuse ByPass Switch # BX88272. However, based on what other Honda Fit owners have reported it sounds like you have a 30 amp fuse. If that is the case, you will need the Blue Ox Fuse ByPass Switch - High-Amp Fuse # BX88274 which can handle up to 50 amps.
