I see you recommended SSR-121-54 for motor homes on ford transit 350hd chassis. Mine is a 2018 chassis. Do you also recommend the front sumo spring when adding adding the rear? What sway bar is recommended?

Yes, I always prefer to also install the Front # CSS-1195F with the Rear # SSR-121-54 SumoSprings on your Thor Compass with the 2018 Ford Transit 350 HD chassis. The combination will greatly improve your ride quality and reduce the amount of sag the chassis will have due to the additional weight.
We do offer the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE44YR for your Transit chassis. This is the only currently available sway bar I can find. The 1-3/8" chromoly steel bar is going to be stronger than the factory sway bar.
