HOWDY, I have a THULE XSportster 500 truck rack that I purchase from etrailer a few years ago. I am in need of the T shaped bolt that interfaces with the rack notches and threads into the height adjusting knob. Is this something that you can help me with? Thank you in advance, Chris

The bolt you're describing on your Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB unfortunately isn't sold separately so you would either need to reach out to Thule to get a replacement or completely replace the base assembly. For the left front or right rear base you can use part # TH66TD. For the left rear or right front you would need part # TH68FH.
