Quality is ok and it works. If you have these on yours and yours is sieved, this and the bolt are what you need. They tend to strip and wear down the threads so just replace both and they’re good as new.

William and the etrailer staff did a very good job of following up with me on my orders to try and get the Thule parts that I needed. Unfortunately, the Thule parts numbers were not given on my parts diagram and there were several orders that did not get me the correct knob. etrailer is refunding me the value of the unused parts.

The product arrived and is as ordered. The staff at etrailer kept me informed of the shipping progress through a tracking number and personal emails. The only 'issue' I had was ordering from Canada I had to submit twice as the program did not recognize my address and unilaterally cancelled it. I would order again from etrailer.

Exactly the right part for my Thule truck ladder rack. I got the rack used and this height adjuster was corroded and frozen into position. The replacement was a hard item to find on the internet. I am happy etrailer has it available. The price was good. It was shipped quickly, and a rep from etrailer kept in contact with me to make sure I recieved and was happy. I lost the rack clamp for my Thule Xporter 500XT adjustable rack when I removed the rear one for hauling branches. etrailer is the ONLY site where I could find a replacement. I didn't even see it on Thule's website. It's an exact match to the others and I actually received two with the order. I will be using etrailer in the future

The knob is a direct fit for Thule Xsporter. I was able to replace all four corners of the base adjustment. I am now able to adjust the rack height for the proper application.
