Troubleshooting a Furrion Thermostat Throwing an E3 Error Code

Question:
Error 3 code …2023 forest River Cherokee Timberwolf 39dl We have a facc10essa-bl single zone controller with a FACW12APZA multi zone thermostat We direct wired to check for electrical issues in the wiring and everything is good.

The only reason that you would get an E3 error code on your Replacement Premium Wall Thermostat for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner # FR33PR would be because there was a loss in communication to the controller.
This is usually caused by wires being damaged, but since you've already checked that the last thing I recommend checking is that the "A" and "B wires are in the correct ports.
There was a manufacturer error from Furrion where these were flipped so I'd double check that to make sure they're correct. If all that's fine, then you just have a bad thermostat and will need to replace it.
