Troubleshooting An E3 Error Code With A Furrion RV Air Conditioning System

Question:

Hello I connect the ac with the thermostat and is giving me E3 I connected straight with the ac and still saying the same, what I can do

An E3 error code for a Furrion AC unit indicates a communication error between the thermostat and controller so the typical cause is usually a cut or bend in the wiring causing a break. Since you've stated you tried directly connecting the thermostat to the controller and still get the issue I would try flipping the "A" and "B" wires since there was an issue in the manufacturer process for some units where these were installed flip flopped. If it still doesn't work then you might just have a bad thermostat and would need to replace it with either a single zone # FR33PR or multi-zone # FR93PR unit, depending on your system.

I have same problem put in new thermostat and new power module still have e3 code even wired it direct swap a & b. Still e 3 code so what should I do next I powered it off for 30 minutes and same e3 code
