Getting e3 Error Code When Installing A Furrion Chill HE AC

I have ordered the Furrion Chill HE 13.5k RV roof air conditioner model FACR13HESA-PS with the power controller FACC10SA-BL and the thermostat FR33PR. I am running into an e3 error even though Ive been wiring it up directly to the controller to avoid any shorts in the run of wire to the desired thermostat location. Is this because I have the wrong controller or thermostat for my specific unit? If so what should I be using or what am I doing wrong.

Hi Eric!
The FACC10SA-BL (our part # FR86NR) is what is causing the issue. The e3 error code you are getting is a communication error between the thermostat and control box and confirms the FACC10SA-BL being where the problem is.
Since you have the Furrion Chill HE 13,500 BTU R410a Air Conditioner # FR26PR and the Chill HE Thermostat # FR33PR, you need the Replacement Single Zone Controller for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner Setup # FR43PR. This is specific to the R410a coolant variation of the Chill HE units and will solve all the problems you are having.
Out of curiosity, what are you installing all this on?
