2024 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro with factory tow package. Is there a cable to plug this brake controller into the Telluride brake controller connector?

We do have a cable that will allow you to plug the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR into the port under your dash. What you need is the Tekonsha # TK78VR along with the Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness # 331-TPH-017. The Tekonsha harness will fit your factory plug and then the adapter will allow you to plug it into the Liberty.
