E-Bike Rack Recommendation for 2 inch Hitch at Rear of Motorhome

Question:
Need a motorhome rated ebike hitch attached 2” that accommodates a ramp. However I require a stepthrough bike and it may have fenders. Saw a photo of the E-Spec rack where there was a bar going from seatpost to handlbar post so the hook could attach there. Any recomendations? Take off the fenders to use the Escape?

The best solution we have would be the Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HLY64FR which is rated for use in a 2 inch hitch at the rear of a motorhome, has an 80 lb weight capacity, and uses frame clamps that won't interfere with your fenders and also works with step through frames. The only thing this rack doesn't have is a ramp which unfortunately there isn't a better option that does have one.
