I have a 3 axle 2019 Heartland Cyclone fifth wheel model 4270. I need to replace the morRyde 3000 CRE equalizers and all hardware up-grade to wet bolts I see there is 33in and 35in wheelbase. How do I know for sure what wheelbase it was built with?

Your 2019 Heartland Cyclone model 4270 5th wheel is going to need the 35" Equalizers # MR39ZR like you found. You can verify this if you like by measuring from the center of the center wheel to the center of the front and rear axles. You will also need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR26ZR.
