Question:
I need to replace my door hinges. I have a 2016 Forest River, Sabre , 25RL. The hinge is a Black Lippert 6 tab hinge. The top and bottom hinge tab locations are different from the center hinge. The top hinge has the large tab at the bottom and the bottom hinge hat the large tab located at the top. Can these tabs be moved to prevent drilling new holes?

The Replacement Entry Door Hinge for RV # LC198295 isn't designed to allow for changes in the leaf order so you'll unfortunately need to fill in the old holes with some sealant and drill new holes to rivet the hinge in place. We also offer a controlled motion version of this hinge in black # LC95VR if you'd prefer matching the current color.

I rearranged mine after hearing someone else did it also. You have to grind off the head of the pin on one end (bottom) that is preventing it. It was on a frictionless hinge though. Not sure on the friction one.
