The top and bottom hinge are the same I will be sending pictures. Need this same one

While we don't carry a hinge with the exact leaf setup as what you have pictured, the Replacement Controlled Motion Hinge for RV Entry Door - 6 Leaf - Black # LC95VR is still a viable replacement option. Since the leaf configuration is slightly different you will have to drill new holes for mounting.
