Can The B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System Be Installed When on a Sloped Driveway?

Question:
I currently have an E2 for our 26’ surveyor and due to the slope and angles of my driveway and some campsites and the height of the truck, it is a royal pain to get the bars on and off the l brackets. I’ve been looking for a new wd hitch that doesn’t use torsion bars and I’m interested in the continuum. I’m curious if connecting the spring bar assembly to the hitch when at an angle is still as easy as it is when both the truck and trailer are level?
