Unfortunately, I have no way to lookup what parts are installed on your 2021 Keystone Montana 3761FL 5th wheel. If you can send me a picture of the axle tag on one of your axles I can contact them to determine what leaf springs were installed. Based on information I could find I do believe you have 7,000lb axles of which we only have the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles # e64SR which is the same 24-7/8" long as the 7-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 8,000-lb Trailer Axles # DX74XR you found. Once you send me the tag information I can verify which is the correct size for your Montana.
