The Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders # WM8029180 do not come with any kind of support or rubber grommet for holding them inside the hand hole. The same is true for the 4" Straight # WM80294.

Generally the 180 degree extenders is what we recommend for the dually sprinter wheels. As far as the Aloca wheels, it is hard to say for sure what extender you need without seeing the wheels. It completely depends on the location of the valve stem.
