Does Xtreme Off-Road Trailer Jack Come With Bearings Installed

Re. this item: Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 7 Lift - 770 lbs - Zinc Item # ORJW350D: I read a post where the bearings do not come installed in the wheels for this product and that the customer would have to install them. The post was a couple of years old. Is this still the case with these wheels?

The Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels # ORJW350D does not come with the bearings installed. You can use something like a rubber mallet or a block of wood and hammer to tap them into place until they are flush.
