Is There a Tubeless Tire Option For The Rack and Roll Trailer?

Hello. I purchased two replacement tires for my rack and roll 66. Mine is very old. It was made before Yakima bought the rights to “rack and roll”. Anyways, my tires say tubeless and nylon on them. The tires I bought from e trailer require a tube. Do you sell a tubeless tire? Or do I need to just switch over to a tube and tire setup?

We do have the Replacement Inner Tube # Y8880283 needed for the Replacement Tire # Y8880282 on your Rack and Roll trailer. We currently do not carry any replacement tires options which are tubeless.

The Yakima Rack and Roll trailer part #Y08106 doesn't have any safe jacking points on it so if you were in need of changing the spare you'd have to remove the kayak and raise the trailer by hand.

For the Yakima Rack and Roll trailers we have a replacement tire available with the part #Y8880282. This is the only tire we offer for your trailer. We do not have a Kenda in this size.

The inner tubes of the Yakima Rack and Roll #Y08106 wouldn't wear out quicker than the tread tire. Trailer tires should be replaced at 6 years so when you get to that point I'd go with the new #Y8880282 and a new inner tube part #Y8880283.
