There are two Demco Autoslide 5th wheel hitches that have the side plates that mount in the GM factory puck system. These work with the Silverado's and Sierra's made after the 2020 model year. I have listed both options below:
18,000 lbs Capacity - Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # DM79GV
21,000 lbs Capacity - Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # DM29GV
The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # DM8550034 you were looking at mounts on industry standard 5th wheel rails and would not work with the GM puck system unless you added the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # DM49GV.
