What is the correct torque for the side bolts?

The instructions for the Replacement Side Plates # DM49GV which fit the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch 18K # DM79GV or 21K # DM29GV are not very helpful. I have linked them below for your verification but the 1/2" grade 5 bolts are supposed to be tightened to 75lb-ft of torque. We typically do not post torque measurements and always refer them to the instructions but as they don't exactly call out the torque spec in the instructions and make you refer to their table I felt the need to put it on here.
