Can Front Hitch For 2004 Ford F-250 With 5k Trailer Rating Move 10k Trailer

Question:
I have a 2004 Ford F250 6 liter diesel tows up to 12,500 easy. As far as the “gross towing weight” being 5000 pounds, would that mean I’m limited to move 5000 pounds? For example if my trailer is 10,000 which my vehicle tows perfectly fine, am I able to use the front hitch just to align and back it in to a difficult spot? Hooked up and moving at MOST for 20 minutes, 100 feet. So a short term “quick move”, or can I only “quick move” 5000 pounds? I don’t plan to extended periods of time in reverse. And if so is there a limited weight for a “quick move”. Feel free to reach out if there is a need for clarification. Thank you!

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65022 is rated for a 5,000 lb trailer and 500 lbs of tongue weight, and the amount of time isn't a factor. So you wouldn't be able to move a 10,000 lb trailer even if it is swift, as you are limited to the lowest common factor. For safety that's just not something I can say is okay to do, I have to go by what the engineers at the hitch manufacturers have found their product is rated for.
