What is the Difference in the Rhino Rack Roof Racks for a 2015 Honda CR-V w/ a Naked Roof?

I have a 2015 Honda CR-V and want to install a roof rack. I am looking at the Rhino systems. What is the difference between the RR45GR and the RRRS409B?

The price, assembly steps, and part numbers. I checked with Rhino-Rack and the ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs item # RR45GR is a newer part number and kit. It comes with the legs attached to the crossbars instead of leaving this step for you to complete. It's replacing the older RS 2500 Roof Rack item # RRRS409B. Both are confirmed to fit a 2015 Honda CR-V with a naked roof. They each have a 165 lbs capacity.
