Does Thule Epos Bike Rack for 3 Bikes Have Folding Feature

Can I fold this up against my vehicle so it doesn't stick out as far?

The Thule Epos Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # TH69XE has a folding feature, but not like standard racks that fold up closer to the vehicle. Since this is a different style of rack it's designed for the trays to fold up together like wings. This helps make it more compact for storage and easier to move since this rack is also equipped with wheels.
