HEllo, I need to replace this specific ball mount. I have included a picture below. No name or sticker on it anywhere. It has a different shape. Can you help?

That is a ball mount for a stealth hitch brand trailer hitch, with what is likely a 1-7/8" or 2" trailer ball. You can replace the ball mount with part # 391BMU7S. For a 1-7/8" trailer ball you can use part # A-80, or part # A-82 for a 2" ball.
