The closest I was able to find to what you're looking for is the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting - Type 1 Valve - Quick Disconnect and Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103613-MBS.

This adapter has a type 1 cylinder connect port for your 20 lb tank, a quick disconnect port and a disposable cylinder port for smaller appliances.
