Do either hitch e23ZR or hitch c13416 have threads that allow for screwing in a hitch pin?

No, both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416 and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR do not have a threads in the hitch pin hole for a threaded hitch pin lock. That being said we do offer a variety of anti-rattle devices, like the Curt # C27UR, which can be used to prevent whatever accessory you have in the hitch from rattling.
