I was hoping you could tell me the distance on behind the brake flange to the end of the caliper. I attached a picture. working with a trailer that does not have a lot of clearance.

The distance from the brake flange to the back of the caliper on the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD27FR is 2.4". This measurement is the maximum extension with worn brake pads so do note when you receive and install on your trailer the new pads will give you a slightly smaller number.
