Recommended Replacement Driver & Passenger LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights

Question:
Is there any reason I couldnt use this same light upside-down on the drivers side of my trailer also? I do not need the license plate light that is on the drivers side STL3RB model so I would rather not use that if I dont need to. But, I am curious if there is any other reason why this light couldnt be used in that way.

I don't see why you couldn't use the LED Combination Trailer Tail Light # STL2RB upside to replace your driver side light. The only thing that might be weird is how the light will mount to the trailer physically since you're using the passenger light on the driver side, other than that you should be fine.
If all else fails, you could always just use the driver side light # STL3RB and not hook up the license light wire.
