Why Would New Furrion RV AC Unit Freeze Up Like Old Unit Was

Question:

i have a furrion manual control ac 15.000 just replaced new air because other one was freezing up only pulling 9 amps replaced with new and set up turned on to run in a couple hrs froze up new air also have turn handle set about half way so not full cold have vents open it is front bedroom so small area its pushing around 40 degrees output iif you turn down because to cold jumps to about 70 degrees output the copper tube from control is that supposed to be up by coils or by the filter ? is the control box bad ? need help

Usually when an AC unit is freezing up its because of inadequate airflow. This is usually from a dirty air filter or if too many vents or closed. Another problem can be a clogged up drain line. If the condensation can't drain it can cause an excess of moisture. Since this is happening with a new unit too my guess would be it's a clogged drainline.
