Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397 is a good fit for your 2024 Honda CR-V. I have linked an installation video for this receiver on your vehicle below as we have performed the installation in our shop already. This will allow you to carry the Swagman Nomad Bike Rack # S36FR which you saw.
I do recommend installing a 4-way which will allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 as bikes often impair the view of the tail lights when they are on the rack. You will need either the Front Wheel Drive Harness # C59236 or All Wheel Drive Harness # C56370 depending on your drivetrain.
