Question:

Hi, we own a Coachman Freedom Express 246RKS. We would like to upgrade our springs and was hoping you could give us the part number for the 2000lb springs and the 2500lb springs. Both spring sets are compatible with an axle relocate under spring. Is this correct? Thank you!

I can certainly point you in the right direction. We do have the # e22YR which is a 26" long 2,000 lb leaf spring. We also have the # e44SR which is a 25-1/4" long 2,500 lb spring. When replacing old leaf springs, it is critical that the replacement spring is the same length as the old spring. Leaf springs are measured across from center eye to center eye. It is best to jack up your trailer and measure the spring while not under a load. Generally you will be limited by what size spring will fit into your suspension. if you can measure your current springs we will know exactly what to replace it with.
