The MaxxAir MaxxFan # MA00-06401K that you asked about has a maximum draw of 4-1/4 amps when it is set at it's highest setting. Since this is a 4 speed fan it will decrease about 25 percent for each setting that is one step lower. This means that it will draw about 1 amp per setting. My contact at MaxxAir confirmed this.
