For a 2024 Kia Carnival with raised rails I recommend using the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426 along with the TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y33TR. These feet have quick-install straps to easily mount on your raised rails and can easily be adjusted to match the crossbar spacing you'll need to match up with the roof box.
