This item was purchased as a gift so I can't speak for the item itself, however I was extremely pleased with the excellent communication and super-quick shipping of the items I ordered. These are heavy duty, high quality and work great vertically AND horizontally on walls, as well as on the deck of my trailer.
First shipment was lost in transit. Etrailer mailed out a replacement the same day I called them. Have not installed them yet.
