For your 1-1/4" trailer hitch I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY74FR.

This bike rack will work with 1 1/4" trailer hitches and has an 80 lb per bike capacity for a total of 160 lbs.
