The Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch # 38124 that you referenced is a specialty hitch, it is designed for vehicles with frames that are approximately 34" - 34-1/2" wide and is more of a universal fit application usually used on dump trucks or flatbeds. If your frame dimensions are compatible with this hitch it would work.
