I recommend using the Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP39FR for your 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty because this is the aftermarket version of the OEM Ford puck system so you get a clean-looking system that can be used both for gooseneck and 5th wheel towing.
I also recommend picking up the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C57008 so you can make your 7-Way wiring connection inside your truck bed instead of trying to stretch it down to your bumper.
