Question:
Can you recommend ties downs to use with our 2020 forest river 5th wheel. to help secure from high winds ?

Expert Reply:
While there aren't tie-downs designed for a trailer there are stabilizer kit that can help give your trailer a more stable base so that it doesn't sway in the wind. The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ Less Than 58" Between Landing Gear # LC191024 can be connected to your frame and landing gear/ rear stabilizers. You will need to measure the space between the landing gears, if you find it's more than 58" you'll need part # LC191023 instead.
You could also use the Ultra-Fab 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer # UF19-950600 to help stabilize the nose of the trailer at the king pin.
I've attached review videos for these products below so that you can get a better idea if these would be the right solution for your 5th wheel.
