What axel/leaf springs and related hardware do I need for a 2010 Karavan WC-2450-84 Trailer?

I can certainly point you in the right direction. From what I can see on the Karavan website, your 2010 Karavan WC-2450-84 Trailer has a GVWR of about 3000 lbs and is about 100" wide. It is of course preferred to have you as the owner confirm these specs prior to ordering.
That being said, for a replacement axle we would be looking at a 3,500 lb axle like the # 7359765 which measures 95" long from hub face to hub face. If you can confirm the hub face length of the current axle, we will know what size we need to go with.
For hubs I recommend the Dexter idler hubs # 84545UC1-EZ. This hub has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and is pre-greased and prepped for install. It includes bearings, seals, races, grease cap, lug nuts and your castle nut/cotter pin.
As far as leaf springs, I will need you to confirm the length of the current spring. Leaf springs are measured from center eye to center eye straight across. A spring that would commonly go with the Dexter axle I recommended is the # e54SR. This is a 4 leaf spring that measures 25-1/8" long eye to eye.
After all of that you will just need a new bolt/shackle kit. For that I recommend the Dexter HD suspension kit # K71-403-00. This will include all new suspension bolts, shackle straps and nuts.
