Does your truck have to be straight on to hook up and unhook like the superglide

You can be at a slight angle to couple and uncouple with the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Chevrolet/GMC Prep Package # DM29GV.

Per the instructions, "The Autoslide can couple and uncouple up to a 10-15° trailer angle quite easily." If you take a look at the cut out I added you can see the angle that's okay to couple and uncouple when using the Autoslide # DM29GV.
