Troubleshooting No Audio Output From Jensen JWM10A on a 2019 Thor Motorhome

Question:

I just Purchased a 2019 thor motor home with a jenson JWM 10 it lights up but has no audio output so I replaced the unit and it is doing the same thing. Do you have any thoughts to what the problem might be. Thank you

If replacing the unit with a Jensen JWM10A didn't fix the problem then I recommend checking out your wiring. You can either physically inspect it for damage or hook your new stereo up to a whole different wiring and speaker system so you can determine if it's the wiring or not. It could also be just your speakers so basically you're trying to figure out whether it's the wiring or the speakers.
