The height of the SumoSpring Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-612-47 is 4-1/2". Since you have a lift on your 2023 Toyota Tacoma you will need to measure to see if they will fit or not. There should be 1/2" - 1" gap once installed for the SumoSprings to work properly. If the space is larger that means your truck would have to sag that much more before they engage. Basically you wouldn't be getting the support you're looking for.
