Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10inch Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased Can I use LUBRIMATIC marine grease with this pregreased hub for my boat trailer?

You can mix the LubriMatic Marine Trailer Wheel Bearing Grease # L54FR with the grease that comes in your Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly # 84546UC3-EZ, but if you want an exact replacement then you want to use the LubriMatic Prime Guard High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease - Red # L11380.
This Prime Guard is a lithium complex base while the Marine style you mentioned calcium sulfonate base. According to our compatibility chart (see attached) these are okay to mix together, but it's always best to double check what you have to make sure it's okay to mix.
