This is the same thing you're referencing in your question, measures 12" diameter x 2" wide, and fits 6,000 lb axles with 14 1/2" to 16" wheels.
If you're looking for drums only then you're going to want the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.
