Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle AL57268 Will this work with my 2015 ford f150 4x4 with a 5th wheel hitch?

Yes, they will. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57268 are compatible with a 5th wheel hitch. They are confirmed to fit the 2WD models of the 2015 Ford F-150. If you have a 4WD you will need item # AL57385 instead.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
