Not ridiculous at all; you can add a winch to the Malone LowBed MicroSport Trailer for 2 Heavy Kayaks # MAL25FR.

Just use the CE Smith Winch Stand # CE31013G and Buyers Products Trailer Hand Winch # 337HW800S.
