Hello, the item I’m looking at is BWTS20037B. Will this ball mount work with the factory receiver on a 2022 Ford F-250?

So long as your F-250 has a 2-1/2" receiver then the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount item # BWTS20037B will definitely work with your truck. This double ball mount has a 7,500 lbs capacity with the 2" ball or a 18,000 lbs capacity with the 2-5/16" ball.
I recommend using the InfiniteRule Locking Pins for B & W Tow and Stow item # 34061775-D. These pins will secure your ball mount with the same key and not reduce its capacity.
If you have a lower trailer you may want to use the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount item # BWTS20040B. It sits 2-1/2" lower than the one you were looking at.
