ACRG11WO Advent A/C unit do they still make this unit or is there a replacement so I do not have to change any wiring

We do carry the Advent AC units, but the ACRG11 is an older model that has been discontinued. If you are looking to replace it, I recommend the # ACRG15 which comes with the distribution box and wall thermostat. To replace the AC unit itself we have the Advent # ACM135. This is a white 13,500 BTU unit. Installation would require wiring the AC unit to the distribution box, and wiring the thermostat so it is not exactly a plug and play install.

Follow up question. Will the ACRG15 distribution box and new thermostat interchange with the current ACRG11 box and old analog thermostat? Plug and play or is there modifications needed

@Robert Yes, the ACRG15 distribution box and new thermostat does interchange with the ACRG11. Are you replacing the AC unit also? If so, no additional wiring will be needed. If you plan to keep your old AC you will need the relay box part # PXXACRG12RB according to Advent Air and this will require some re-wiring.

@JesseM I am not replacing the AC as it continues to function normally. The old Advent Air analog thermostat was giving us issues as the display would not work properly. I was under the impression the ACRG15 distribution box that I ordered came with relay box installed. Is that not the case? What metal junction box is coming with the distribution box? It should be arriving tomorrow and I thought I could just rewire with the new box and older AC unit? Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robert

@JesseM Is there a distribution box with relay box part #PXXACRG12RB installed? If not, you mentioned I needed the PXXACRG12RB. Can I exchange the one I received if I order the part you mentioned?
